name is Karl Seidel. I’ve been self-employed since 1978 and in business (mail-order, import-export, product development)
since 1989.
I grew my last business
(mail-order) to over $500K in annual sales before selling it.
Along the way I learned a bit about the value of organization in the implementation of my daily work. It helped me to know what needed doing and how to get it done each day - but still have the time and energy to continue to grow my business.
Today I work with business owners by "downloading" their brains - freeing them to concentrate on what they do in their businesses that is most profitable - right now and for the future.
I do this by taking that "downloaded" information, documenting it and making a tangible and executable plan (usually within 48 hours of our first official meeting). This plan is unique to the needs of your business.
This proactive approach is based on us working together to find the right strategy to focus on what needs to be done now. And I don't leave you alone to do it when our session is over - I continue to work with you on the marketing, the org chart, the copy writing or hiring and training - whatever needs to be done until it's time to move on to the next thing.
Today there is a lot of talk about the value of coaching - and in your case "business coaching." But too often that coaching takes on the flavor of personal coachng - the coach asking you questions with the assumption that you know the answer. While that may be true in your life the same cannot be said about business.
Business coaching must be different than personal coaching for at least one reason: you don't know everything about your business! And I don't make the assumption that you do. A personal coach can guide you into believing you know the right path to take, but taking the wrong path in your business will cost you money.
